Bishop's Day of Celebration and Prayer
3 weeks to go
You are invited to this great day of celebration of the life of our diocese. I hope you will bring others with you from your parish, benefice or community. It is an event for people of all ages.
The keynote speaker is Mark Russell, Chief Executive of Church Army. He is one of the most inspirational (and humorous) speakers and preachers in the Church today. Be sure to hear him.
The Cathedral will be divided into four ‘zones’, each dedicated to one of the elements of our diocesan mission strategy. Each zone will have workshops, prayer stations, bible studies led by the Bishops, activities and resources for mission. The Horstead Centre staff and Cathedral education team will lead activities for children and young people throughout the day.
