Tas Valley Team Ministry

Team Rector, Dawn was licensed In July 2014 initially as Team Vicar in the Tas Valley Team Ministry, taking on the post of Rector in April 2018.  Dawn serves the churches and local communities in Saxlingham and Shotesham, Tasburgh and Tharston, and Newton Flotman and Swainsthorpe.  Dawn spent her childhood overseas attending schools in Germany, Malaysia, Bulgaria, Uganda, India and Italy.  She is married to Tim and they have one son, Joel.  A believer since her early years, Dawn's faith came to life after a powerful experience of God in 1993.  Her passions in ministry are prayer, preaching and pastoral care.  She keeps an illustrated journal and enjoys reading, needlework, knitting and walking.  (But not all at the same time!)

Rachel was licensed as Assistant Curate to the Tas Valley Team Ministry and Upper Tas Benefice in October 2024.  

For most of her life she has lived in Oulton Broad and both her parents originated from there.  She grew up in a clergy household and her passion for Jesus developed from an early age.

While in recent years she has worked in churches, she has also enjoyed the years raising her children; Bethany, James, Hannah and Matthew.  With only Matthew still at home, Rachel loves to travel and explore new places, however her trips to play with her Granddaughter in Yorkshire will always be her favourite!

Lesley began training as a Reader in September 2017.  She assists in leading services and preaching across the Benefice.  Lesley was licensed on 21st September 2019 by Bishop Alan at Norwich Cathedral.

Ian has been Pastor at Saxlingham Nethergate Chapel since Jan 2009. Ian & Lynda lived in Saxlingham for 10yrs before moving to Norwich in 2018.
