The Shotesham churches have a close relationship with the Mercers’ Company, the oldest of the City of London livery companies, who, apart from running the almshouses in the village also support other local activities. The residents at the almshouses cordially invite anybody to join them for morning prayers at 9.30 each Monday in the hall at the Trinity. The hall also serves as a venue for some of the many activities run by the Church and the Village Association.
